Refund process

You have one week (7 days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.

To be eligible for a return, you must first email us and explain the reason for the return. Returns to anyone other than the original buyer will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond with the delivery address for you to use for return shipping.

If you choose to return your artwork, you will need to repackage it in the original packaging and pay the return postage. It must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to us at YesIAMpainting.com. The item needs to be in the same condition it was when you received it. Shipping times vary depending on where you live and the delivery service you choose. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the date we credited your refund to the purchase method of payment you used.

It can take several days to a week before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, contact your bank or the payment service you used. If your payment provider has no record of receiving the credit from us, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will make inquiries from our end.
